Who are Qualocity?

Interim Portfolio, Programme and Change management with a passion for what motivated people and technology can do.

I set up Qualocity to help companies unlock the potential on offer from people and technology, from their teams and vendors who provide it.  I do this through providing solid interim management, with a focus on the business systems, development and change portfolio.  Each time aiming to deliver Qualocity’s proposition of Direction, Pace and Quality in the delivery, plus building sustainable improvement that will continue beyond my interim tenure.

I have held director-level role in a range of sectors, including Financial Services, Manufacturing and Social Housing, and apply my experience to identify the correct direction and pace.  I am experienced in technology / change deployment and operational services, so understand the best practices and technical detail to ensure a quality outcome.

Technology is no good without a focussed, motivated, empowered team to deliver it, and people able to use it.  I have re-oriented and revitalised teams, creating a 36% increase in staff engagement on the way, and built business-change capability within my teams and the wider business.  I have worked within large and small businesses and am used to working with people at all levels to board-level.

Previous work has included defining and delivery strategies to improve capability and value while reduce cost (post-merger), contributing to invest/sell decision making, implementing transformational highly-integrated eCommerce/Digital systems which go to the heart of the organisations operations.
